Ashby review
Best for: scaling startups.
Ashby bundles the four things a growing hiring team keeps buying separately: an ATS, interview scheduling, a careers site and sourcing CRM, and reporting. The reporting is the reason people switch. You can ask how many onsite interviews each recruiter ran last month, where candidates from a given source drop out, and how long each stage takes, without a data team.
The product assumes a structured process. If your company runs interviews informally, Ashby's scorecards, interview plans and approval chains will feel like more process than you want. If you are hiring 30-plus people a year it is exactly the right amount.
Pricing is quoted per company rather than published; expect it to start in the low hundreds per month for a small team and rise with headcount.
